Ordering and Policies
Ordering Before placing your order, please make sure that you have completely read the information on this page, and our sizing page to determing you proper size. Your order is based upon the in formation that you give us and will be shipped that way. If it is incorrect, then you , the customer, will be responsible for the return and reshipping of the replaced item. If we have sent the item incorrectly, then we will assume full responsibility for the shipping charges. We want to get it right the first time. |
Important Points
Here are some important points that you need to consider before ordering. Once an order is placed, it can take from 4 to 6 weeks to make and process your order during our off season. If an order is placed during our busy season (July 1st-October 14th), we will still try to process you order within the above time frame, however it can take up to 8 to 10 weeks. We are not into mass production, nor do we have ready-made products to sell. Each piece is created by us.
Prices subject to change without notification. We reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Custom work requires a minimum NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of at least 25% and a credit card number with authorization, or 50% if no credit card is provided. If circumstances force us to cancel an order, deposits are returned in full. If the client cancels, some or all of the the deposit will be forfeit depending on the amount of time/materials already invested in the project.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, check or money order in United States funds only.

Shipping
We use UPS or US Post Office upon credit card approval or check clearing which takes about ten days. We can use overnight shipping services if requested for items that are immediately available. We do not have a secure transaction server, so please call. For International shipments, we will ship to any country the US Postal Service allows as a destination.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, you must email us at returns@thecrowsnest.net for a return authorization number within 72 hours in order to receive full credit for your purchase. No credit will be issued without a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization may be returned or charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Products returned must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the initial complaint. Items received after this time will not be accepted for return, for whatever reason, and will be shipped back to the customer.
- Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason unless the error is committed at our end.
