Hat Return Policy
We want everyone to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a hat from us. If for some reason you need to return a hat, please E-mail our customer service department for a return authorization number. Hats may be exchanged for credit only, no cash refunds. The Crows Nest does not pay for return shipping and we do not accept returns without the proper authorization number.
If you ordered the wrong hat you will be charged a re-shipping fee for the replacement hat ( Usually $ 7.50 to $ 10 ). Merchandise can only be returned in the first 30 days. All returns must be shipped prepaid via UPS and must have the return authorization number written on the outside of the box. A 15% handling fee will be billed to your credit card if merchandise is not returned in original packaging. Credit will not be given for any hat which shows signs of wear or abuse.
